COST/RULES:
Entry
fee is £10 per event. Each tournament will be played under England
Squash rules & code of conduct. All matches will be the best of 5 games.
Dunlop Double Yellow spot balls will be used.
WITHDRAWALS:
If a competitor needs to
withdraw from the Tournament (for good reason) s/he should Notify the
Tournament Director immediately; Entry fees will not be returned should a
withdrawal take place without a valid medical reason and supporting
documentation
REFEREES:
Some referees will be provided during the weekend,
but the majority of matches will have to be marked/refereed by the player.
Players are therefore requested to co-operate when asked to mark/referee a
match.
DRAW
& SEEDINGS:
The
Draw will be undertaken by the Tournament Committee. Players will be seeded where possible taking
into consideration the current information on the players entry form and their
current England Squash ranking.
PLATE EVENTS:
Plate events will be organised for those FIRST ROUND
losers who wish to enter. Players entered into the plate must be prepared to
play on Friday evening through to Sunday.
CATERING:
Refreshments
will be available at the Cafι Bars at both the Sport Centre and the Falmer Sports Complex
throughout the weekend
